Title: Lost in the Nightmre

I.m trying to download this game......but it isn't in English.  What is my problem?

Help would be appreciated.

You can change the translation from the setup file.

Completed version of Lost in the Nightmare 1 is only in English, but I think you are referring to the demo of the Lost in the Nightmare 2: Unforgettable Memories or the first demo Lost in the Nightmare 1, as they were the ones that included both Turkish and English language options.

As Pablo said, you can change the language from the setup.exe after downloading the demos of LitN 2:UM or LitN 1. 

P.S: I'm grateful finally someone but me started a topic in 'Adventure-related talk' about my game ^_^

Why didn't you like it? I thought Bill Murray was really good in it! Great to see him in a role where he doesn't say much, cos his expressions are generally awesome :D
