You too can have someone claim to have made your game!

Well, for the record, it seems more likely to be a mistake on the Geoseeker site than a lie on Bits Studios' part.  Bits Studios seems to be a legitimate company, and there's no mention of your game on its site.  As far as I can tell, Bits Studios isn't distributing your game without your permission; it's just that for some reason Geoseeker got the odd idea that they're the game's developer and distributor.  So it isn't so much someone else claiming to have made your game, as someone else claiming that someone else made your game.  Not that that isn't just as bad...

I'm more amused than annoyed, I just wonder where they got the off the wall idea in the first place.  It's not like anything remotely resembling Bits Studios appears in the credits at any point in time.

Hmmm...

Maybe it was a compliment?

The peeps at Geoseeker got so excited at the profesisonal quality of your game that they couldn't help themselves but attribute it to a bigger company (chosen at random, naturally).

Tempting, but no.  Ionais should check on neoseeker and see if The Adventures of Fatman was published by Square-Enix.

ManicMatt

Bits studio made Rogue Ops.

Based on the demo I played of it, the game is a crime against humanity.

Die hard vendetta and Constantine are also a bit shall we say.. shit?

So therefore you should feel insulted, as your game is better than all three put together.

Geosekeeker is smoking something...

I agree with Alun, Geoseeker is at fualt I couldnt find any other source on the net that has linked these two together...

I found it rather amusing too, LoL free marketing or publicity! Now we need to fill that no screen shot available with a big blue cup and a encrypted link...

The search reveals nothing.

Scummbuddy

I bought my Fatman copy from Sqare Enix. You mean to tell me I don't have to play the game like this?

- Oh great, I'm stuck in colonial times, tentacles are taking over the world, and now the toilets backing up.
- No, I mean it's really STUCK. Like adventure-game stuck.
