Hey! Our printer at home works fine when you print text documents but everytime I try to print something with a little graphic in it (A job resumé with a tiny photo for example) The photo/graphics looks terrible. Even if I print a picture with only text in it, it looks bad. It used to work fine to print pictures as well. Anyone have a clue to why this is happening?
It might be worth mentioning that some time ago it accidentally hit the floor while i was doing something (stupid cord wasn't long enough and it fell down :D ) it wasn't a big fall though and if something happened to it, shouldn't text printing also be bad in that case? I have put new ink in it as well.
Please enlighten the ignorant with your wisdom oh printer experts :D
Printers have various settings for how images are printed. It sounds like your printer is set to "draft".
Aha ok! I never changed any settings though. Suddenly it just started printing pictures really bad.
EDIT: tried messing around and maybe it works now. Checked the settings after you told me about the printer being set to draft. Didn't find that but i changed some icm stuff and..yeah i think it's ok now:-)
:shocked::shocked:
did you change the picture extension? What is it?
