Evenwolf, I bet you saw it. Lucky bastard :).
I heard about this, too; those guys are my new heroes, even though I don't like the Indy films that much anymore.
Hahaha, indeed I did. Sunday at 4 o'clock. The deal with the Alamo Draft is you have to get tickets online, because it gets sold out fast. I forgot to do this, but luckily got one of the last seats in the house. And it was AWESOME. Seeing 12 year old kids in nazi uniforms was a blast. They did a great job- the audio was for crap tho. The filmmakers did a Q&A afterward and had some awesome stories. I'll try to post more later.
I heard about this. It sounds incredible. I can only hope they include it with the Indy trilogy DVD set coming out in November...
Any one ever been to Universal Studios in Florida and seen the indy stunt show? Its a blast, A MUST SEE if you vist florida..
Damnit, I heard about this film and I want to see it so badly. Even, I don't suppose you'd know if there's any sort of limited distribution deal in the works? I've seen the trailer and it looks awesome, and quite impressive.

Well, from what was mentioned during Q&A- there's not much progress trying to distribute it. Even though the kids got Spielberg's approval - the people with the boxed set DVD rejected the idea of including the remake. Other means of distribution is being looked into, somewhat, but I don't think the filmmakers are going to make it happen. I think they are happy enough with the response they received in Austin. They all have moved on to other fields (namely video games) and of course don't expect money with the copyrights and all. If anything gets done, it will be because Eli Roth or Harry Knowles or some investor type carries the project. But like I said, the filmmakers seem well satisfied. And I think you will get the chance to see it, somehow through the internet one day.
Holy cow, the trailer has Four Ton Mantis by Amon Tobin. That can only make it a good thing.
Assuming Four Ton Mantis by Amon Tobin is the song in the trailer, I must inform you that the music in the trailer has no connection to the actual music used in the film.
Yes, using my superhuman powers of deduction I also came to that conclusion. But I was talking about the trailer, see... not the film :P
Ah, well then...ah...everything's under control. Move along.
Will the adventurers get a neck for the poster before?
P.S. Ok, ok... the last joke, no more, I promise...
Yeah, if it does come online sometime though Even, let me know will ya?
I'll be net less more or less the entire summer, so if you do find out at one point at remember me and this thread, my email adress is mynick@mynick.com. Try and guess what you should replace mynick with?

I've been in Port Aventura, the Universal Studios theme park near Barcelona last week (oops, forgot to tell you guys I was in Barcelona for 5 days last week) and there was a ride\show called "Templo del Fuego" (Temple of FIre) which was an Indiana Jones action show. What was cool was that it has real two actors who did stunts with fire and falling rocks and such stuff and it was really awesome.
BTW, do you know that Indiana Jones 4 is in production? 8)

I was in that park some years ago, but I don't remember that thing. Nevertheless, a great park it is.
So, how is Barcelona these days? How is the progress on La Segrada Familia going? Gosh, I love that city.
Barcik, Port Aventura Park improves their attractions each year, which I sadly addmit because in my towns there is Terra MÃtica (Mythic Land) the other big theme park in Spain, which is quite crappy. The Sagrada Familia seems to be allways the same for me. It is the church itself who is paying the works, and they´re progressing very, very slow.
Btw, Barcelona has something appealing that I´ve seen only in other part of the world: New York.
Well Barcik Barcelona is still doing great. The Sagrada Familia is not making big progress and I found it to be a huge disappointment. What impressed me the most was The Catedral in the Barri Gotic and in a completely differnet way Camp Nou.
