There are people here from many country, it'd be silly if everyone posted in their own languages, English is the language most people can speak here, as well as the language AGS is based in so it's only logical.. there are some adventure game groups based in certain nationalities such as GACS for the greeks, but it's better for everyone if these forums stay entirely in english.
I would love to have different languages here. I am always open for funny insults... like...
"HA! You are like the police to C. Leks!"
And nobody knows what you are talking about (even if you tell them in english :P )...
People tried talking in their own language, but Gilbert used to explode and it became tedious to collect and repair him afterwards.
I suppose, I wanted to be offended when I got that question wrong on the test, but I completely understand.

My daughter is called Alba, but I sometimes call her albondiga... but my wife doesn't like it (she's Spanish).
Yea, I say things like that a lot. My spanish teacher would get mad at me when I would do it. I would say, "Hey, I'm using spanish arn't I?" And then he would say, "You are using it badly, If you go to Mexico talking like that they will kill you." ANd he said that because he is an ass...
