unfair bannings by AGS IRC ops

Spleen and Hajo, who are ops of the AGS IRC channel who, in the last week have made unfair bannings of AGS members.
these members are:

John: banned by Hajo, for no good reason...
Pcj: banned by Spleen, a silly joke for simply not replying to Spleen

and Pmdee(who is me): I was banned (and right now still am evn though I've requested for an unban from Spleen and explained how stupid this is) for no good reason... I was also banned by Hajo, earlier in the week, I believe.  for the same reason...

I think this is completely stupid and immature of the ops and I am simply complaining here so it MAY be taken more seriously...

Obviously, from seeing the pcj banning and subsequent unbanning, you know I'm not even partly sincere, in such actions.  Failing that, you should have gathered that from the PM's we exchanged.

John and Tuomas are banned for reasons out of my control, so I'm not going to comment on thir situations.

well, I am merely speaking for John, Tuomas, and myself.
I don't see this as funny at all...

(I am unbanned now, for which I am greatful for, although, I still find this nothing to laugh about) and ofcourse, neither do some other AGS members who have been banned for silly reasons...

You were the only one banned for a silly reason, and you were shortly thereafter unbanned.

Tuomas and John weren't banned for silly reasons.

EDIT:

Assuming someone was banned for a legitimate reason, making a whiny topic about it would not get them unbanned.Ã,  It would just get them banned and labelled as whiny.

If you receive a ban, but feel it was unjust, take it up privately with the Op who banned you. Do not whine about it on the forums or other IRC channels.
Only the Op who created the ban may remove it. If the Op who banned you has been absent from the channel for a significant time (over 1 week), then you may request that another Op review your case.

other than that i can say for myself that i've had a genuine, valid reason for banning you

Hajo: when I came into AGS IRC one day, can't remeber the exact date. you asked me "YES or NO" I said no, because I knew it would be something silly, you then said something like "oh well, you don't have a choice. bye!"
and then I got banned from the channel, I wouldn't exactly call that a valid reason...

Why should anyone be banned from the AGS IRC? You obviously don't use the same policy as the forums, but I don't get why anyone would be banned from the IRC. I guess everyone has their reasons.

The Vict0r and R4L, you guys never visit the IRC channel (at least not from what I've seen) so how would you know? Really, some people do get so annoying it's not surprising they get banned. I'm not pointing a finger at anyone though.

Please don't speak on my behalf. Banning me was completely deserved, and I have nothing against them Nevertheless, I was expecting for this to happen, you getting banned that is, makes me smile to think of it.

Frankly I don't remember why I was banned, but it was about time, I guess. So I'm not complaining. Note this right now, I'm not complaining

You are right, I never visits the channel, but I never claimed to either. But as far as I know, Pmdee never did anything. Noone even argued against the fact that he never did anything. Except hajo, but that was so diffuse that for me, it didn't really go as a valig argument.
And Pmdee explained what happened here too.

I agree with you that someone being annoying, or spamming should be temporarily banned, but here, I only see Pmdees point of view. And it seems pretty frustrating.

That is probably me? I was banned for one night because I didn't want to go bed when Hajo told me to, when I was a bit drunk that night, but I wasn't flaming or spamming. Yep, I got banned for not wanting to go to bed! (And then sent him a PM that contains the excerpt on Hajo's signature)

Then when I was done moaning about that, I asked Hajo to give me a justifiable reason as to why Pmdee was banned. He gave me unjustifiable reasons, to put it nicely. So I moaned to AGA I think it was, but Hajo just happened to be in the same room and read it! Then Pmdee was unbanned. Then Hajo told me I should have came to him first.  :
