You're right, and this also had me stumped for a couple of minutes since I knew exactly what I intended to do but couldn't figure out how. You have to click the hand icon on the dough in the inventory before you can use it.

I'm on the oracle island. I've tied the hook and chain to the boulder and tried putting the metal bar in the device to crank it up, but it doesn't work. I don't know what else to do.

I am stuck in the boat, so far I have the following or done followinh thing
1) Hook, chain, fish saw

I sperated dough into 2 pieces.

How to espcape the boat or what to do next?

I see a distriller and cannot open chest!

I've got the inscription from oracle island and I have it translated. I have absolutley no idea what I do now. I've also distilled the water, but that has done essentially nothing for me. What do I do until I meet the professor for lunch?
