Body in 5 days

Where is this body I'm supposed to be looking for  in 5 days a stranger.   I've tried all the obvious....in basement,phillip, body in pool.  I've tried all rooms and backyard.  (come to think of it I haven't tried the shed so if it's not there I don't know where else to look.)

Do you remember how you used to find that *other* body, in the basement? Why not use the same skills and the same magic again? If you seem to be missing something, remember to talk to everybody.

Talk to Jim and exhaust all lines of conversation with him.


Make a detector out of the items from Jim, salt and waving over the shackles (where he slept).

Well is there something besides the machette, apron, and mask that I'm supposed to get from Jim because I had already tried combining those items and nothing worked.

Plus I don't have the chord anymore to tie the bear.

That reminds me, a new item has appeared in the living room  (the one with the couch and the rocking chair), if you didn't already get it. And perhaps I should note that the teddy bear was someone else's personal item (you already found that body). "Stick" and "personal item" are use a bit more loosely this time around tough. As you don't have too many inventory items, it shouldn't be to hard to figure it out. Once to found a way to tie the stuf together that is. Sorry, if I'm not much of a help, but I think it's better to say too little than to say too much...

Thanks that helped.  I can't believe I missed that becuase I've been in there several times just clicking on stuff (looking for the body).  But I may need help again.  

I tried to use the fire in the fireplace and it wouldn't work.  Just tell me if I'm supposed to do something else or am I right in trying to use the fireplace.

Did you already find the body? How are you trying to "use" the fireplace? You don't need to burn anything that's for sure. And he didn't "sleep in the fire" either. For now, you should think of something else somewhere else.

If you already found the body, then I think there should be a new hotspot you might want to use.
