Anybody figured out how to get the fish from the old guy at the beach yet? I've tried everything and can't seem to figure it out.

I know it's a year since this thread was created hope it's okay.
I have the

boccia bouls and the candy and have used the magnet. I guess the next thing I need to get is the bottle from Geoff and also the fish from the old man
but I have no idea what to do...
