Conspiracy of Songo - stuck

Thanks for prior help - I didn't look properly! :
I'm stuck at the moment though and believe I've looked everywhere. I've managed to go to the other place.

But I can only access 2 sites

the harbour and the Songo well. Can't do much in either. I can't give the guard or the punk any of the stuff I'm carrying and although there's something with Songo's right eye can't get to it!

So obviously I've missed something but I'm not sure which/ what. I've come back to Villmont but no-one is interested in Songo!

As I just finished the game, maybe I can help...

There are just 2 places on that island.
You should have something in your inventory to magnify the right eye.
But better save the game there.... you can die easily!

I've been to LAB1/2 used optic on vent and seen what's going on. But can't get into the 3rd lab. I've been back to Villmont to find the SONGO stealing thief - no luck

Any suggsetions of what I should do next.

I'd thought I could do something with Zippo's towels and the tap and then the "frozen liquid" but no such luck
