I'm trying to insulate wires on buzzer box.................have tried interracting with tape - says thats not going to work, so tried selecting tape to use on wires, once again it says not going to work.  Tried cutting tape with scissors and knife but nothing happens - Is there something I'm missing here?

You need to cut the wire with the scissors before you use the tape on it, I think.

Thanks I have seen that - but when I interrect/look etc at the printer I can't find a way to open the printer or get the cartridge .  I have done a pixel hunt and nothing highlights

The rightmost part of the printer. I think you can actually see a small square around the right spot. Have you tried printing the page first? Not sure if you can interact with it before getting the blank page.
