It's nothing strange with the page you tried you enter, all you must do is to register as a member to be able to add and edit the walktrough you have submitted. .
I guess you came to a page with this text when you clicked the button Submit a Walktrough:

You should be a member to submit walkthroughs so you could edit them later
If you are a member login with your username/password
If you are not a member sign in here.
