I downloaded the game and i have the folder, but theres no icon in it to start up the game.......
I downloaded it with no problem. Got a file called tgttpoacs.exe, double clicked on that and it installed.

Did you install the game to the same folder you downloaded the installation exe to? The game exe is also called tgttpoacs.exe, and can't be extracted if the tgttpoacs.exe intall exe is there. Try installing it to another folder.
