Can anyone help me with this game I can't find the safe? I got the cup with water and already did the workout with the barbells but don't know what else to do???

When I click on the poster, nothing happens...and I can't find the key to Rich's cabinet to get the video out

Look at all the dance mats. One of them has been moved very recently. Use that mat to get the KEY out.
The game is very 'event-driven' so one thing leads to another. It might be that other things need to be done first...
