I got 2 things for hermits drink-i need just that strange fruit but i don't know how to get it(the old woman got it but i can't find any walking stick).Anyone could help?

You have to go the forest screen where there's a grayscale girl. She'll give you the fruit once you give her a rose, or at least I think it was a rose  .

Where did you get the rose?

You have to give her the lotto ticket, that got got from the machine.
