Songo Stuck in Bathroom

Hello.

I gave Songo another try and I finally passed the beginning.  I had a little trouble a while back and gave up (I didn't know there was something behind the large rock).

But now I'm stuck in the bathroom.  Can someone help me get out?

Get out? You mean the one behing the Cafeteria?
Didn't walking down on that screen work?

Well I tried to get out the door and the file cabinet is in the way.  Are you saying you don't have to leave through the door?

lol  I guess I was trying to leave the bathroom the wrong way.  I thought it was another puzzle but I guess I'm just stupid.  I've been trying to figure it out for two days now

Anyway I still need to know what to do next.  I have in my inventory: rope, rock, bottle from bathroom, paper from file cabinet, and newspaper.

I know I need to talk to the lawyer, and I have a feeling I need to get the guy in cafeteria to leave so I can use the phone but how?

If you still haven't met the lawyer, you don't need to  get that guy in the cafeteria yet (actually you still need one more item to get rid of him). So, try to see the lawyer first.

As you know you have to see the lawyer, I suppose you can go to the hotel now, the only problem is that the receptionisty don't let you use the elevator.

Talk to the receptionist in hotel lobby several times, ask her to call the lawyer's room, until you're sure there's no way to wake him up.

Go to the back of the hotel, and set the trashcan on fire (if you don't have the matches, go get it from the bar). I think the rest are just obvious.

Ok, I tried to check other posts to see if I was missing a step, but I don't seen any matches at the bar and I've talked to both the bartender and the drunk man.

Didn't you see it on the bar table? It should be there when you first visit the bar.

Yeah the left side of my screen was cut off so I couldn't see the matches but I have them now.  I have another problem though.

I've put the firing notice in the employee's mailbox and he says he'll check his mail at end of the day. But what do I do in the meantime?

I've already revisited the other locations and nothing new has come up.
