Spoof quest. HELP!!!

I have no idea what to do. I recently made up with the commander but how can I find a place for the girl in the bathroom to go. I even tried bribing her with everything I had, all to finally finish the game I have been playing literally for months. I can't find a WT, so either that or tips would be helpful.
