Stuck in Ron's "surf"

Hi. I am stuck in the Ron game where I am a surfer. I can't get the camera from Mika. I don't know where to get the water for the bum. I can't seem to get the old lady to go away so I can give the deed to her son. I have been everywhere and have talked to everyone and have accomplished nothing. Does anyone have a small hint to help?

Hiya,

First off, did you know that there's a spot on the map to the far left that you can go too?  It's a section of the mountain that's a different color than the rest.

Thanks for the help! I have almost completed the game, but I don't think I am understanding what I am supposed to do. I have the radio, 2 pieces of cloth, the number on paper, and the machine thingy. I am in the surf contest and I went back to get more items. The only other thing I could get was the bottle and I filled it with detergent again.
So I don't give anything away to others playing:

I have done the contest several times. (too many to count!) I figured out to use the pieces of cloth to plug my ears for the first guy and to use the machine thingy with the numbers for the second guy. But HOW do I beat the Zombie? I tried all of my items including trying to push him off the board! Sny suggestions (please give me the smallest hint possible).
