I think there is something wrong with that site, since the last new walkthrough was added in 2004.

It's nothing strange with the page you tried you enter, all you must do is to register as a member to be able to add and edit the walktrough you have submitted. :).
I guess you came to a page with this text when you clicked the button Submit a Walktrough:
