I am finally stuck.

I have to find the Hawi book recommended by the mystic but it's not in the library. The only book I haven't seen the title of is the one that the librarian is blocking but I don't know how to move him.

I don't know how to open the mouth of the head

I don't know how to get precious metals for the pimp

I think I need a recipe to use in the kitchen but that make be in the book I mentioned at first.

I don't know how to look at the inscription next to the door

it had to be of a particular color

Cloths and putting old outfit back on before climbing back, Logs, cannot use sparkles on as it need tinder. I thought possibly fall out moss could be right tinder but apparedently not

I need to start the fire. I assume that I need a page from a book for kindling, but I can't take any of the books from the library. I can't bring the shears TO the library either. I tried using the sparks on everything in sight, I tried using the dagger on the one book (Hawi) that I can take off the shelf. I am thinking that there's a way to get rid of the library guard?

You're on the right track, but you can't get rid of the librarian
Take a very close look at the Hawi book
especially at the bottom of the right page !
(I'm quite sure it's the Hawi book)

Huge spoiler alert! I don't know which puzzles you haven't solved yet, so it's rather kind of walk through, if you don't want to spoil the whole thing, just read till you find a new hint and then stop reading:

To be able to open/look at the book Olum-e Qaribeh, first you need to solve these puzzles:
1. Cut the golden wire in the severed head's mouth with the shears in the kitchen
2. Give the golden wire to pimp
3. Talk to sexslave (she'll tell you she's looking for the book Roman Myths)
4. Talk to librarian about the book Roman Myths, he'll mention "Sad Barg Ostureh"
5. After Picking up the red book from Mystic's room you'll be able to swap it with "Roman Myths" aka "Sad Barg Ostureh" in the library
6. Give the "Sad Barg Ostureh" book to sexslave
7. You should be able to pull her sheet and look at her tattooed breast and receive her loincloth
8. Give/show the loincloth to mystic and he'll tell you that you need to look at the "Olum-e Qaribeh" book to decipher the occult writing on the loincloth
9. You can tear off the loose bottom right corner of the page and it will go unnoticed by the librarian

We know Hawi book is on top left shelf of Library but when do mystic recommends such book? So far in my game, that mystic guy does not recommend a thing yet.

You mention magician room, I assume that is mystic room? I seem trying replacing book one by one with "Hawi" book but do to pixel hunting it is pretty hard to do. Perhaps you and Shadow can put clarication?

About how to get access to "Hawi" book:

1. Try to pick up the jug of wine and fedai will say he needs to ask for permission from mystic first
2. New dialog option will be added to mystic's dialog "Have you been drinking wine?"
3. New dialog option will be added "Can I have the jug of wine?"
4. New dialog option will be added "Do you know anything about medicinal compounds?" He'll mention the book "Hawi" and you should be able to look at/open the book

You can use the arrow on the bottom right corner to toggle down/up dialog options.

About how to put the prince into sleep:

1. Make the concoction prepared according to the recipe in Hawi book after starting fire in the kitchen
2. Put the jug of wine mixed with concoction back on the tray in the mystic's room

I think a general hint would be to revisit earlier places after new information is given. @lapsking spells it out in his hints above. The game is designed to gradually give the player new options when he acquires new knowledge. This may mean that he now may perform an action previously not available, something may become visible now that he knows what to look for, or the choice of dialogue choices may increase. Be patient, and you will prevail. (I needed hints when betatesting, too.)

The story reveals itself in dialogs, also some puzzle clues, (deliberately as subtle as possible) which are mostly repeatable till puzzles are solved.

About the second ending:

As mystic suggests you can abduct the Prince and leave the order. Look at your inventory and see which items help you with his abduction.
