i'm up to getting the circus deed thing off the ringmaster at the circus.. the lady and the strong man and the seal are gone. I've read the walkthrough and made sure i've done everything it says and i have but i still can't get the ringmaster to go away!

Try walking out of the circus tent and back in.

Actually, have you got the deed itself?

I think once you've rounded up everyone by showing them the deed he automaticly just disappears
