I can't figure out what to do to get out of the window in chapter 2. I can pull the rope with the golf club, but if I try to do anything else, he just drops the rope!

my ending was just where smiley joe tried to shoot me and had no more bullets..then trailed to scene on being able to keep the trio as a team..
I don't usually post here (that may be because I don't usually play these games very much) but now I'm really stuck.

Make Simon search for Numbers in the drawers. He will find the number to the phone that is behind Steve. Use the boss' phone to call it. Then change back to Defender and go to the locker room.

hmm i seem slow.. when i click on the motor he says i need some kind of fuel cap.. but i don't know where it is.. i've tried that cup from the customer but it doesn't seem to work.. btw i did use the card and press the button..

i'm stuck in the cell.. i put the hamster on the shelf.. and i have the crowbar.. i used it on the hamster and shelf.. but no.. nothing worked.. do i have to do something with the pager?
I am stuck at the very beginning of level 3 at the with the carand the wherehouse, and cant figure out what to do.Ã, I have gotten the car jack out of the trunk/boot, What next? ???

have the big guy go into the warehouse. I just played this game, but I can't remember exactly what I did. Maybe use the car jack to open the door to the warehouse.
Hmmm I tried that and it says that wont work. Ã, arggg! I know that brain is supposed to go down the sewer but I cant find the drain hole. Ã, Help!

Use the carjack with the padlock. You can't get to the sewer until you do this!

I am on part 3 - have got note to Brain, he has used numbers on key pad, but both other lifts are stuck and can't get the others to do anything else and Brain won't go/do anywhere else either...............Help please

The walkthrough says I have to take a card from the opinion box at the fastfood scene, but it's empty! Is there anything else I have to do first. I have monaged to take the cup from the customer

You should try restarting Part II (luckily you're right at the start of it!) No-one else has reported this bug so it may just be a one-off (crosses fingers)

I can't leave the apartment. I have the pulley all set up with the golf club and bottle, but he just says "I shouldn't leave till I have enough money to afford a bus fare." I'm wondering if I need the change from part 1 but I spent it all... have I screwed myself? Also the keys to my locker just disappeared. Please help

Check the bookshelf, behind the sofa. Look in one of the books, there's something in there you need.

Brain is by the lift after he put in the code from the sheet that defender sent him down the shaft. Simon is still in the office and needs the combo for the safe. What am I missing?

Hope this isn't a bug coming on! If he's saying "It's empty" it should mean you've already found the key inside it. This is the other item Brain needs to re-activate the elevator.

I have the key that Simon got from the security file but how do I get it to the Brain? He tried using the key with the elevator but nothing happens.

If you mean the lift button, that won't work. Other than that I don't see any other spot on the elevator that becomes active

Defender is behind the barrel that's closest to the hose and has the fire ax from Simon. When I try to use the axe on the hose nothing happens. Help?

He can't use the two things because Smiley Joe has his gun on him. You need to get Brain to distract him.

I had this same issue. Good thing I looked here, or I would've been stuck forever! I'm guessing that it maybe has something to do with the fact that, the first time, I talked to the guy at the counter already, and the customer had already dropped his drink cup, and I had already picked it up? This time, I checked the comments box first, and found the card there, then I got the drinks cup and everything.
