Title: Wiccan
Post by: Frain on Tue 07/08/2012 23:08:45
On the surface they live in a world like any other, but deep within the cracks and crevasses of lonely forests, abandoned factories, and Russia, lies an abundance of the strange.

(Various grabs from the intro animatic.)

We're still in Pre-production right now with a full script, an animatic, and only a few in-game assets. September will be when development is in full swing. The game will be episodic and the first episode is due for release on Halloween of this year.

Planned Features:

-Each episode is estimated to be around 2+ hours.
-Clock Tower-inspired areas where danger is present. These areas present mini-puzzles for the player to solve immediately whilst solving some of the larger puzzles.
-A heavily stylized, fun story that meshes dark humor with a bit of drama.
    -Classic Adventure gameplay (Well, duh.)
-The series will be free to play and remain free for its duration.

I love the art, what resolution are you working at, because it looks super detailed.

Thanks!

The game is using the standard 320 x 200 resolution.
