I got stuck here:

trying to open the safe in the kitchen of the bar. I think it might have to do something with the poem by Rubio and tried out several combinations, but didn't succeed.
I just managed to finish. I found the solution in the game's anouncement.
I'm playing the game but stuck at the same place. The author cleared out all posts on the topic. I'm hoping someone remembers!
The poem says

"...three steps" -> press only three buttons
...
"...in three lines" -> buttons are arranged in three lines

I don't think I would have gotten on my own that "add one" means to add to the previous line
Other than the safe puzzle, the game was pretty straightforward.
I feel so stupid .....

I have the container from the garbage bin but cannot find out what's inside of it.
And I know I have to get the sugar brown, the easiest way would be to put it into the pot
and then use it on the stove, but I can't.
Used every item on each other, but to no avail.
Any hint would be highly appreciated

EDIT: When I load the savegame and talk to the barkeeper,
I still get the option to apply for a job, although I already an employee, odd ...
I must have overlooked something, but I am sure i didn't miss a hotspot...
Hmm, then I don't know how I triggered the other option. You can try to look at it, use it on the pot and so on (with negative responses) and then go to the barkeeper again.
You should have two cans in your inventory, have you already had the barkeeper identify the other?

a pot and a can in my inventory, I looked at all items,
tried them all on the stove, tried to give all items to the barkeeper - Nada
Strange....
EDIT: I went back a few savegames and picked up pot and can in different order,
suddenly I had the dialogue option, surely a bug.
