This is very generous of you. There are some great tracks that really paint a picture. Great stuff.
I second that, providing such a huge library is an incredibly generous move. Thanks for sharing your music, and making it available for free! I'm partial to the fantasy/nature tracks; there's some great stuff there!
Will definitely be looking into this - thank you so much!
Just to confirm - you are granting free use in commercial as well as freeware games?
This is great, as I'm currently working on a project (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=52586.0) and I have been thinking of adding music to the game for a long time! I haven't listened to all tracks yet, but what I've heard so far sounds great and I hope to use some in my game! Besides, it'd be nice to have a name other than my own in the credits! ;)
Cool...I hope some of my tracks prove useful. Looking forward to seeing your game when it's finished!

So do I! I've already found a few tracks that I think fit quite good!
Great collection and massive thanks for making available.
This is super generous of you, thanks!
Hi Eric!
Thanks for providing such great music!
The license is a bit complicated for me to understand. If I use one of your tracks in a game - is it enough to credit you in the end credits and add a link to your homepage? Or do I have to do anything else?
I hope that clarifies things. :)
I hope that clarifies things. :)
Yes it does! Thanks Eric! And I will let you know if I use any of your music.
Bookmarked! Music is the only thing I can't do at all so will probably use one of your tracks eventually, thanks for the contribution! You're very welcome!
Hi Eric!
We used "Hazy Disorientation" in our game Oh du lieber Augustin (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/2010/).
I gave you credit in the in-game credits and an additional credits file shipped with the game.
Thanks, cat
Hey Eric,
It's good to see you here. I've been following your work on OpenGameArt.org for quite some time now ;-D
I hope one day to come up with a game worth using your music in :-\
Great!.
Thank for you work friend ;)
Just had a browse through your website. Some great stuff that may come in very handy in future projects.
Thank you for sharing your work with us.
Was just passing by and thought WOW this is what i was searching for ;)
currently working on a sciFi Puzzle game ( http://stromvin.itch.io/warptile ) , and am really bad with music. Its free so far but im planning to charge money once it reaches a proper state ;) Right now im browsing your scifi music while running the game to get fitting impressions. And damn you got a lot of scifi music ;)
So, ill let you know if i use some of your music.
Greez Stromvin
Glad you like it ;) Yeah i browsed some of your music, and i think there are some tracks that make a match. But it will take some time i guess.
I just realized that there is a tiny problem, as all your files are mp3. As long as a game is not commercial this is no problem, but once you sell it, and that is what i am aiming for at some point, i will have to pay money to fraunhofer-institute. Is it possible to get the music as ogg, or wav or anything like that? I dont wanna fiddle with your files you know ;)
And thanks in advance no matter the answer ;)
Greez Stromvin
Well if you say so, ill give it a go ;) Ill inform you once i had the time to try it out.
Thx again ;)
Very cool stuff. Thanks for making it available to us. :cheesy:
Hey Eric-
Awesome work, man! And +1 to the thanks for offering this great music for free.
A suggestion, if you have time - something Blade Runnerish? I'm considering using some of this music for Neofeud (http://www.indiedb.com/games/neofeud). Don't feel obligated or anything, though, if you've already got a plan for your compositions. :)
Your website isn't working Eric!
Thanks Eric I've used "Farty Crooks" in my latest project, mainly because the name made me chuckle!
Do you make a new track everyday? Your output is insane!
I used Farty Crooks for The Case of the Muffin Diver (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/2022/), it's a short game so I just have that one track looping. Cheers Eric!
Eric,
Thank you so much for all this amazing music, you're a legend! We used your music in our short Lovecraft game, The Terrible Old Man, a year or so back. Perfect for the mood of the game, really added a lot to it!! :D

You're very welcome! I'd love to see your game...can you send me a link? :)
Hi Eric
Many thanks for producing all of these and for offering them up for free. It is hugely appreciated.
I have no musical talent myself but would like to try my hand at creating my own. Can anyone recommend a free downloadable music making software for dummies- ive looked at some of them and they seem extremely complicated. So im wondering if theres a nice simple one out there designed with us novices in mind?
Hello Eric!
I just wanted you to know that I added several (seven so far) of your tracks to my game (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=52586.0)!
I wrote your name and the adress of your site in the credits in the main menu of the game, as well as a list of the tracks I used.
Here are screenshots of the credits!
I think you are doing really great work! ;-D
This is truly amazing! Thanks so much for sharing; these fit perfectly with my game :D
They are really great!
I totally forgot posting you a link to my finished game before:
http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/2050/
I think your music really helped set the mood for my game and I hope I get the chance to use more of your tracks in my next game! ;-D
Great work once again!
If I may be so bold, I'd love to see (or rather, hear) some more classic/ historical sounding tracks
that can be used in a game with a historical or fantasy setting.
Either way I look forward to see what you post next!
It's a bit hard to tell since I don't have any particular track in mind,
but I'm thinking of something orchestral-sounding, like classic music,
and sort of darkly humorous, in a Monty Python and the holy grail sort of way? :)
You have truly outdone yourself this time! 8-0
The soundtracks are most grand, I can almost see the charging knights before me when I listen to them!
+1
Almost makes me feel like I should do a medieval theme game just use the music. (laugh)
I've been using a track of yours (Drafty Places) for my Twine project. I've nearly finished a rough first chapter, so I'll send you a build if you like.
Nice! :)
Congratulations!Second that!
That's a lot of music!
You're a bloody inspiration Eric! Do you make music for a living? Or is this just a hobby?
Great to see!
Or hear I should say... :)
Thanks for another great batch of music. :-D
How nice!
Great work, always fun to see what new tracks you come up with! ;-D
Thank you so much for sharing this! I've used some of your music in my MAGS game, and I've credited you at the end. :)
I'm not sure how you can come up with all this music,
but great work all the same! :)
Nice, looping music make for a good background ambiance in games.
You've sure had a very productive year!
All the tracks are quite beautiful to listen to, I especially like the Princes's day out one, great fantasy feeling to it!
Great, as always! I'm using a few of your tracks in my current project, however quite a bit of work remains and it will probably be a while before I can release the game,
but your music is inspiring and really helps build atmosphere! ;-D
Great work! ;-D
Thanks for your kind words (as always)...they mean a lot! :grin:Happy to hear, and I'm glad that you have a big library of good music available for free, it can really make a great difference when making games and other projects. :)
I used a few of your tracks in a MAGS game,
they really helped make an atmosphere! 8-)

Your new tracks are great, and I'm impressed to see that you came up
with so many of them this week!
Oh yeah, thanks bunch for all your hard work. (nod)

Great to see new tracks, good work! ;-D
Wow, the new tracks are really great, "Move it Out" and "RPG Battle Climax 2" will be perfect for my next AGS project! ;-D
Very nice new tracks! ;-D
I like the new tracks, even if the Ninja Game Intro felt more like something with a jungle theme to me.
Great new tracks! ;-D
Nice!
Hi Eric,
sorry if I missed this question, i didn't read the whole thread.
I wanted to ask if there is a particular reason why you have such long terms and conditions instead of a cc- licence, which would be a lot easier to understand?
Thanks for sharing your work :)
~charly
The new track are great, keep up the good work!
Just thanks you for your great work yet again! (nod)
My latest MAGS game, Stable Pete and the Joust, is using your music and textures. :-D
Great new tracks, as always!
Fantastic work! ;-D
Great to hear the new tracks!
I like the new tracks!
Good work!
I like the "Creepy Street Performer", I still have it stuck in my head! :)
Great new work, the second track is just perfect for the game project I'm working on! :)
Great new work! :)
Nice, good work!
Good work!
I actually thought that the text block at the top was convenient, but I can see that the new version to the side looks better aesthetically, and is just as simple to use. Good work!
Good work!
I used several of your tracks in my latest project (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/2269/), and I think your music really helped bring out the atmosphere of the game!
Great new tracks, as always!
Do they have classical music like Bach and Beethoven or other older music that would fall under public domain? It would be awesome I find a midi loop of the medieval song Greensleeves.
It's great to see more looping versions of your tracks, I hope you'll keep up the good work! ;-D
Great work!
Someone should give you an award for this dedication.
Great to see some new tracks!
Nice to see you keeping up the good work!
I really love your stuff.. You are very creative.
Slasher
Great work, as usual! ;-D
I checked it in Audition and didn't hear a gap. Let me know. :-)There isn't a gap, but it is just under 2 bars too short.

I really dig Dreaming of Noir.
What an amazing job are you doing here, Eric!
Congrats!
Hi, the title is
