Nice fun Maniac Mansion game... but I'm stuck in this one.
I have the toothbrush, cd, tv remote, wet dishcloth, ball pen refill, red fruit gruel, nail lacquer remover, red towel, batteries, chaffed cushion, and small key.
I cannot open the locked door (tried pen refill - seem to need something else?)
I cannot open hatch
I cannot get bernard out of room (i'm guessing something to do with phone...?)
I cannot open the garage
I still need the following:
toothbrush (tried microwave to disinfect - said plastic would melt)
pillow (maybe in bernard's room?)
sexy underwear (no idea...)

Here is a hint for you:
- Look at the lock of the door. Britney will notice, that the key stucks from the inside. So you have to get it out. The pen refill is a good idea, but then the key will be lost. You also need something else...
I realised that about the pen refill, I said I'd tried that in the lock in my original post. I've tried all inventory items in the lock im fairly sure. Well... I'll keep trying
Well... what I needed wasn't in my inventory... and I it never crossed my mind to pick it up... I even thought that was the likely solution, as it's a common solution to keys in lock in many adventure games.. but was trying to towel, dishcloth, etc.... and that never crossed my mind once. I happened across it.. and boom. Now in the room, up in the attic, sorted out Bernard and sexy underwear. Just need black underwear and I'm done.
