I tried to upload a new Game that I did and I got a database error that said "could not connect to database please check this out thanks

You need to find a server host (liKe: mediafire, gamejolt, etc...) to upload it to first, then create a game page and link it to your game.
Or do you mean you tried to create a new game page for game?
