Anyways, they say you should never judge a book from its cover,That really made my day.

LOL, that a joke? (laugh)No, just try Googling "Tutis Publishing" and you will see loads of more bizarre covers, what I posted was not even half of it:
I'm now officially in love with Tutis Publishing!I know, they are are a gift that keeps giving:

Are you on Reddit, Blondbraid? The folks over at /r/crappyoffbrands/ (https://www.reddit.com/r/crappyoffbrands/) would love to see your posts.Just created an account on reddit, thanks for the tip!
Thank God for subtitles! Cause it really looks like "1, 2, 3 .... breeeed!" ~ "I'm over here, Walter!" (laugh)I think that's funnier than the actual joke. (laugh)
Not familiar with the comic, it took me a long while to understand what happened though. I had to look very carefully at the scenes.
I don't get it?
Is the joke supposed to be that Ulfberht swords are supposed to be super fragile?
Or that he legitimately just tried to kill that guy?
Good to see it is not me. I thought Ulfberht swords were some of the strongest of their times.Yes, I suppose the comic makes more sense if you know about Ulfberht swords. They were some of the best swords around in the viking era, which quickly resulted in smiths trying to cash in on their popularity by stamping the name on sub-par swords, proving that bootleg copies aren't a new phenomenon. I hope this clears it up. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulfberht_swords
I am guessing he thinks its a real one but it is a knockoff.

I tried drawing a fun comic strip myself
I had a comic strip called "The Blobs"Speaking of comic strips that we have. I do a weekly comic strip called 20 Quid Amusements (http://TwentyQuidAmusements.thecomicstrip.org).
Not bad at all! I love the concept of gaming buddies talking about games. And this particular comic is quite funny.
Thanks for sharing!
Haha that's pretty funny :-D (when I looked at your post previously the image didn't show for some reason, ergo the late reply!) - I'll definitely check out your web comic now. ;)
Hilarious pic, Creamy! And I'm going to check out Danvzare's webcomic too, it looks fun! ;-D
Heh, that's pretty accurate for video games. Did you want english corrections for the comic strip or shall I keep quiet?English isn't my native tongue, did I make an error in the text?
in American English, I think it's one word "anymore".Having spoken American English my entire life, I have to say that's wrong. I had to look up to see that anymore is even used at all. To use anymore would mean changing the sentence to "But I can't let you kill civilians anymore."
What even is Bulbasaur?
To be that guy. Bulbasaur = many plants come in the form of bulbs. See here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulb (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulb) A -saur suffix is used here to mean a dinosaur, which is to say an extinct reptile. So there we have it.But it's not called Bulbasaur in Japanese. After all, Venonat is based on a mite, not a gnat. The English translations of Pokemon names are usually quite meaningless when determining what a Pokemon is based on (sometimes the original names are equally meaningless).
"He is a Bulbasaur! Duh!"Best answer I've ever read for this question. :-D
I tried to animate a funny GIF some time ago, and I thought I could post it here:I love it. It's so ridiculous!
I love it. It's so ridiculous! Thanks! Maybe I'll try doing more stuff in the future! ;-D

In soviet Russia, tube carries crow (nod)It's so big, are you sure it's not a raven?
Anyway, I've read that Moscow's homeless dogs have learned to travel the subway on their own, so it wouldn't surprise me if crows and ravens eventually followed suit.
Ah, I wouldn't talk to him anyway. I hear that the only thing that ever comes out of his mouth is shit. (laugh)
This reminded me of when my cousin was in high school and I was already working as a computer programmer. He told me he would like to be a computer programmer so I asked him how much he liked algebra. He said he was ok with math but he did not like algebra at all. So I told him programming is algebra with variables and math. He eventually decided to study more towards working with hardware and has become pretty good with networking.Thankfully I find algebra easy. To be honest, I don't get what the big problem is people having with algebra.
Were you ironically calling this "irony" to excite the usual internet tempest that comes from calling things ironic which actually aren't?
If so: Total genius!
If not: It is in no way ironic that you would find a bad driver at a driving school.

Maybe it is ironic that one with a licence (?) managed to crash into a driving school, thus returning to it and at the same time showing that is where he belongs :=
Here's something I recently found. The Oglaf webcomic is pretty fun, although not all of their comic strips are something you'd want to read at work.
Hmm I don't quite get what's funny about that strip. Over my head I guess. :confused:The funny thing is that the fairy is giving a logical explanation for all the weird stuff happening, except for the last page, and the horse-skull man gives an equally weird answer for why he's asking the fairy about it.
Hehe nice one Blondbraid. The RPG one was funniest to me  but the adventure game panel was on point too. :wink:Thanks!
*inserts really fat box promising you to play as your favourite sports hero for overpriced licenses, all while sitting on the couch and eating fastfood* ;-DDang, I totally forgot about sports games! Anyway, great suggestion!

As far as renaissance paintings go, that is AWESOME!I found it on the Ugly Renaissance Babies Tumbler (https://uglyrenaissancebabies.tumblr.com/), it's a virtual motherload of hilariously bizarre classic art. Maybe you'll find something fun to share there? :)
How have I never seen that painting before?

To destory the world. They may not know how to spell it, but already focus on it.
I like the drawing too.
Hmm, based on how the kids wrote their names, I guessing that the text at the bottom such as "I want to destroy the world" and such, are already printed on the page. And the kids just had to draw in the box what that looked like to them. Or perhaps a teacher wrote it in for them. In either case, I'm saying an adult did it, which makes the misspelling rather shameful. (wrong)(http://i66.tinypic.com/bzvba.jpg)

This seems, I don't know, suspicious? Like their writing is better than mine yet they can't even draw stick figures? Plus they all seem to have the same handwriting. Is there just a staff member writing out the words that really can't spell?
Maybe the kid just wants to get rid of all stories...

I'm sorry to say Mandle, but most of those I either don't get, or aren't funny.
The "spawn campers" one though, is hilarious. (laugh)
Also shouldn't it be "ride" not "rode"?
I mean even then, it's still the wrong word, but at least it'll be grammatically correct.
Mandle - I like them. Keep going!

Cheers for that! At the worst I'm just not being funny and I can live with that.

Something about a meat hat is just funny to me. Especially when a fruit hat is considered normal. (laugh)
While I haven't seen many in reality, I've seen lots of comedies and cartoons featuring old women wearing them.Something about a meat hat is just funny to me. Especially when a fruit hat is considered normal. (laugh)
..."normal" where? I've never seen anybody that wasn't Carmen Miranda wearing a fruit hat in my life.
(Not counting carnival costumes, of course.)

Mandle, your avatar rocks! Made me do a double take, lol.
You can't clam he's the first to notice, only that's he's the first to mention it.
I've noticed it for several days since. (laugh)
Nice Back to the Future reference!
Indeed. You wouldn't have to have seen the President Supervillain twitter (https://twitter.com/PresVillain), where they take real Trump quotes and paste them into speech bubbles of the Marvel villain Red Skull?Nice Back to the Future reference!
Yeah, the makers have said that the character of Biff Tannen was based on Trump, which is pretty appropriate for a guy who bullies a 16-year-old girl on Twitter because she beat him at a contest nobody really cares about.
LMAO!!! That is awesome!!!Thanks! ;-D
I'm sorry I'm not able to find that kind of jokes funny, as many women will attest it's not weather a guy is ugly that makes you afraid, it's weather he ignores your boundaries that makes women report him.
Sick loop! :=

I speak from direct experience as I recently had to report a man to the police for stalking and harassment, and his appearace wasn't ugly in any kind of way, but his brehavior was.
So I ask that please, don't make jokes about how women only report creepy men because they look ugly, because real life predators come in all forms and it makes it much harder for their victims to be taken seriously.
Sorry if this comes across as off topic, but seeing that kind of joke greatly stressed me out.

I didn't identify that as the joke... I mean, if so, the panel with real forms wouldn't make sense :)Maybe it's not the explicit message of the comic, but it sets up a pretty damn clear pattern of whenever the ugly man says hi= she's calling the cops, but she doesn't when he's not depicted as ugly.
I think the joke is more that "doomers" tend to project stuff both ways. Searching I found that other "goth girl" memes indeed have the bad joke you mention, but this one isn't imo really about that.
Laura Hunt:
I think you confuse Jack's post with the first comic KyriakosCH posted (https://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=54009.msg636618329#msg636618329), and I agree with what you say on Jack's post.

...you're absolutely right, I'm sorry. I literally hadn't even seen that one because I started reading from the most recent message upwards, and stopped when I got to Jack's message, thinking that was what you were talking about. And I agree completely, that one is just gross and not even funny. It's absolutely awful that you went through something like that and I wish more people would understand just how terrifying it can be to find yourself in a situation in which not even "calling the cops" will help you.
Well, I didn't expect any such reaction, but if it has to go, let me do my magic and delete it from the thread :=I don't think adding emojis to your replies in this context is the most respectful way of handling it, but I hope all this will be something people can learn from.

What a coincidence!
The faux Dr. Seuss adaptations of Lovecraft are better I think, and they are full books, not just cover art.Word!
Really creative BlondBraid :-DThanks!
Ha ha! That cat one is brilliant! (laugh)
I'm pretty sure a cat would split like that if it could. As a matter of fact, I'm not entirely convinced that they can't.

"Gooby pls" cartoons certainly aren't for everyone, but I find this particular one very funny :=

I'm feeling like an outsider because I'm not sure I quite understand the humour. :-[ It seems to cross an extremely simple joke (the type a four year old would tell) with violence and then distorts everything slightly. Is part of the humour in its shock value?I don't really get it either. I've seen these type of comics before, but mostly with Donald and "Piderman", where the poor drawing and spelling is half the joke,

but I felt this one went just a bit too overboard with the text errors for my taste, plus the joke on Pluto and Goofy's similar faces doesn't work well when the artist gave them
entirely different face shapes from one another. :-\

Laura Hunt, is your avatar a clip from a meme? Or has this meme style been made from your avatar? I figured Jack’s earlier posts in this thread were using your avatar in the meme but maybe this isn’t the case?
But... but... YOU WERE THE CHOSEN ONE!!!
shouldn't it say "another there is"?

He's also not above making fun of flat-earthers using his skill-set.
The "rocket-launch" is the best part of the video and starts from about 2 minutes in.

Can you spot what went wrong with the launch?

It reminds me of what they did to Anne Frank's diary a few years ago, when they said that the father co-wrote the diary to extend its copyright (https://www.nytimes.com/2015/11/14/books/anne-frank-has-a-co-as-diary-gains-co-author-in-legal-move.html).
From what I read in the article, the profits go to various charities. And I dislike the idea that listing editors as co-authors equates a hoax in terms of how the book gets discussed, because as far as I know, the text in it is still her words.
Hm... Not that I ever was interested in that book, but surely the selling point supposedly was a teen girl wrote it herself during war. Making it part-hoax (the selling point), moreover just for some more cash, shows how little they care about the book as well :o
