Hi Guys,
Just thought of this - Opus the audio format is the new successor to Ogg Vorbis. Better audio compression and general quality - I have noticed it being used in games being an open-source license and Youtube use it extensively as the best quality audio codec. Anyway, just a thought :) If I had my way I would have FLAC support.
Anyway here are some links for anyone that is interested in researching the codec.

Never heard of this format until now, it sounds good though. But I've heard of FLAC before.
That all being said, I'd be happy to simply see support for more audio formats in general.
Also support for WebM format would be awesome, that's a free video format. Unlike Theora, WebM should not pose legal hazard as Google actually waded through the legal shit-storm the patent/copyright extortion mob(in this case: MPEG LA, Nokia) threw at them.

I agree VP8 and/or VP9 support would be great. Ogg Theora's compression was always been a little lacklustre and it really comes from an era that was well very DivX/Xvid orientated at the time. Not great for HD footage that is for sure.
