...but I'm stuck on the first puzzle.

Has anyone else played it and can give me a clue?

Hi morganw!

Nope, I cannot give you a clue because I'm as stuck as you. T.E.N. and refer to the transcript. There are a few words with capitals, "Torrential", "Team", "Eastern" and "New". Each letter refers to a number (from the "Clue" I got ), why is "eight years" a hotspot? Dunno...

There are a few numbers on the transcript. I started with the premise that T.E.N. stands for the names of numbers.

Using the Clue function yielded " 1,0,10 Use the same method as before".
Therefore:
