ags on.chocolatey.org repository (https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/ags). If someone wanting to try AGS Editor on Windows and have
Chocolatey installed (https://chocolatey.org/install#individual), you can now run
cinst ags
AGS should install.

package source code is on GitHub (https://github.com/ericoporto/ags-choco-pkg)
Added 3.5.0.22 Release to it, waiting approval from chocolatey maintainers: chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.22 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.22)
Edit: it was approved.
I didn't even know that Windows had a package manager. That's pretty cool.
ags 3.5.0.23 should be the default download now.
One can get an specific version by using the --version VERSIONNUMBER command. This allows getting versions that are available in the community repository but not yet approved by moderation, as also enables getting previous versions of Adventure Game Studio available in the community driven package manager.
choco install --version 3.5.0.23 ags
or
cinst --version 3.4.3.1 ags
If you already had installed ags through chocolatey, you can use the upgrade command to get the latest version approved in the chocolatey package manager.
choco upgrade ags
One example usage I have of this package, is I need the AGS.Types.dll when building the Editor plugin of AgsGet (AGS.Plugin.AgsGet.dll), so I just directly install ags in my pipeline on Azure when building the plugin (https://github.com/ericoporto/agsModuleList/blob/master/azure-pipelines.yml#L70). It's not fast but it's simple enough that it won't complicate my CI.
ags 3.5.0.24 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.24) should be the default download on Chocolatey now 8-)
(also today I found this interesting docker image... (https://hub.docker.com/r/stefanscherer/chocolatey))
Sorry I been away from Chocolatey a bit.
3.5.0.25 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.25) should be default now. Versions 3.5.0.26 and 3.5.0.27 have been submitted and are awaiting automated tests and approval.
Edit:
3.5.0.26 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.26) should be default now. Waiting for 3.5.0.27 tests get approved.
Edit2:
3.5.0.27 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.27) is the default version now!
Edit3:
And 3.5.0.28 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.28) is the default version now!
Also, Microsoft has a compatibility thing for Server Core that should allow running AGS in a CI system based on server core (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/get-started-19/install-fod-19)
Edit4:
And 3.5.0.29 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.29) is the default version now!
Edit5:
And 3.5.0.30 (https://chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.30) is the default version now!
Chocolatey version default is now on 3.5.0.32 (https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.32) (this should be what you get with choco upgrade ags if you already have it installed with choco). I also added 3.5.0.31 (https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.0.31) previously.
Given winget is becoming the standard Windows Package manager, I am thinking about pushing it there. If someone has concerns about this, please let me know - I think it would be nice, same as Chocolatey though, only pushing stable releases, unless they switch to a channel based approach.
Edit: also default version on chocolatey is now 3.5.1.7 (https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/ags/3.5.1.7)

So, turns out someone else is already pushing AGS to Microsoft's Winget! If you don't want to use chocolatey but instead winget, there's a person (not me) pushing it there.
If you are the person pushing AGS there and you read this, just hit me if you want help or anything.
