I love the game so far, it's magical and witty with really nice art and mood. I'm at

where I click on the cave and the bird-gal would get the mag-glass. I need a tiny hint please as to how to heat the cauldron. I've found the forget-me-please and got the conch, found the wild roses, and I finally even found a way to get the gold thingy. But using the mag-glass with the cauldron makes no heat.
