At my local fish & chip / kebabs / burgers / pizza place about 12 weeks ago they gave me 4 Cod Roe when I asked for 2 and paid for 2.
I brought this to their attention when I next went it there and offered to pay the difference. Anyhow, they told me not to worry about it..
Ever since then they always give me much more than I ask for...
That's honesty for you (nod)
They also gave you more than you asked for before you were honest with them, so this proves nothing!
A good relationship with the people who make your food is something to be treasured.

Also, my local fish and chips shop almost always gives me extra. The chip portions are huge, and on more than one occasion they've given me extra fish scallops (a bit of fish sandwiched between two potatoes, battered and deep fried. Absolutely brilliant!) with the excuse that "They're smaller than usual, so I'll give you an extra one."
Personally, I think it's because I'm so thin, everyone I meet just wants to put meat on my bones. (laugh)
