Title: is it possible to have mp4 as background "image"??

is it possible to have mp4 as background "image"?? cause I want to make a cyberpunk game, but the "frames" method kind of limiting of what I want to do....

You could have a room sized object as a background and animate it with view frames (as many as you like)

Depending on what you are trying to achieve.

...or break that into several objects, if animation is complex.

There was also a plugin that could potentially display a video on anything, but I heard it has some quirks. (also forgot its link...)
