Title: Disregarded: My friends' web comics with adventure vibes
Post by: Gord10 on Wed 01/07/2020 13:55:25
Hello AGS'ers,

I'd like to share a web comics (a short story, in fact) I really enjoyed reading: Disregarded (https://www.webtoons.com/en/challenge/disregarded-b/list?title_no=461458). It's created by my two friends for WebToon's short story contest. The main reason I'm sharing this is we (friends of the creators) got strong adventure game vibes with the comics.

"Diana wakes up in a hotel room, not remembering anything about herself. But that's the least of her problems because there is a decaying body in the bathroom."

I don't want to spoil what happens next, but the chapters made me wonder what will happen next.

Read the whole thing. That was really well done - not an easy story to tell, and the authors play on the mechanics of a scrolling mobile web page well.

Really enjoyed the comic! Keep us updated if there are any more to come, especially if they are a continuation of this into a series.
