Title: A 3D game engine
Post by: michelemolo on Wed 31/03/2021 21:53:51
Hi, I believe you are all familiar with the 2D game engine gdevelop. I'm looking for a 3D game engine that has a code-free and easy to use scripting method like gdevelop. Do you know one?

I don't know gdevelop but Unreal has blueprints:

If you skip to 4 minutes in you can take a look, it's graphical scripting of sorts. It probably doesn't tick the "easy" box, but most of the 3D engines that I found easy were actually modding tools for games...

Does not Unity 3D also have something similar now? And Godot too.

Heck even latest CryEngine has it. Although, working with CryEngine in the past, might say its support is horrible and many IDE features seem like bolted to the engine in haste.
