Have tried this 3 times now with no luck!
Each time I click the button to submit, I get taken to a blank page instead :'(
Anyone else having this issue?
I've just tried, and it worked fine for me. Are you sure you've filled in all the fields?

Thank you AGA, I just tried again and it worked. It looks like the issue was that in the youtube field i was trying to paste the whole link in rather than just the string of characters at the end.
This results in me being taken to the blank page instead!

I had the same problem adding Nightmare Frames on the database. And that's right, the issue was trying to paste the whole YT link in the field.

I was having issues adding The Excavation of Hob's Barrow - turned out I wasn't putting the YouTube link in properly! It worked once I did that :)
