you have to think of a way of getting the cat down off the wall and near the dog. You'll need 2 things to get the cat to the dog. One is the mouse and the other is the syringe.

I tryed everything with the cat. When i tryed the mouse or the syringe on the cat, the man says: i can't reach it. When i tryed the mouse on the trashcan, he says: if i let the mouse go, he will run away. And with the dog, it wouldn't work eather.

You have to stop the mouse from running away. So you have to do something else with the mouse in the bag, that would make it unable to move. You do something with it in the store. It might not appear obvious at first
