Title: A good paint package to use?
Post by: uNdEaD pRiEsT on Mon 15/09/2003 10:42:56
Does anyone have a decent paint package to draw their backgrounds with? If you do please name it and show its URL. I've got this crappy Microsoft Paint thing with no textures and it makes drawing characters and backgrounds very difficult.

Thanks

Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Photo-Paint.
I don't know however, if any of these is free...

go to the critics lounge and pick the "big list of paint programs"-thread.
It has some links to quite useful tools there. Some of them are free. If you want to draw good-looking backgrounds try to find some photoshop-or paintshop-like tools there.
by the way i think ms paint is a wonderful tool to create characters.   8)
