So, just make a spooky/gloomy/haunted/scary/weird forest with trees here and there and stuff

If not... This one is only 40 colours, and is 320 x 200.

Time to start voting, I'm voting Kaaz - V nice work and it has an unsettling ambiance.
I vote berzerkertails, I like the palette & style. I'm really into Kaaz's entry but it strikes me as more of a sunset-forest than a gloomy one. Either way, great work everyone!

they are all nice, but my vote goes to AlexisVale. There is just something about that picture i can't describe. It does remind me of Charlie Brown cartoons, and the great pumpkin patch. I really like it.
