One could even go so far as to say that the petrol station/gas station/Tankstelle/Заправка/bomba/stacja/Bensiinijaam is a major character of this game.

OMG! I feel discriminated and uncompensated.  ;)

1) Sweden.

2) In slang Mack (coming for the name of the company who used to make petrol-pumps here) or more properly Bensinstation (bensin = petrol, station = station).

3) Kilometres (or for longer stretches Mil(10KM).

I've heard Sweden is very good on "gay-rights and such", but I live in a rural-area and work in a very man-dominated line of work and hear all too often gay-bashing.

On a side note: As per usual WHAM-land sounds like a really nice place indeed, as long as you are WHAM.

Nice to see that my Babar-portrait came to use!  ;D

Count me in as well, obviously. A mid-may deadline should be totally doable for what I am working on! :D

Yes. For what YOU are working on. ._.

Also, I strongly approve of this Summerbatch!

But also remember that: Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
...I really don't think that is connected and even if it was, that'll only make it harder to prove supernatural occurences.

Was my point. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.

The only belief i have about the supernatural is that it doesnt exist. This is not because I know either way but simply because there is no credible evidence to the contrary.
Remember: "Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence"

But also remember that: Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Go to edit>preferences>soundin/out and change recording to your sound card.

Edit: If you can't find your sound card in the drop down menu (and you have windows vista or 7), do this:

Go to control panel>sound>recording and right click the area with the devises and set it to "Show disabled devices".
Then your sound card should be visible as "stereo mix". Enable it!
After that audacity ought to be able to find it.

Edit edit: Also, if you want to record stereo sound, you need to change this in Audacity. You do this at the same place as where you select recording source.

Awesome news Monkey!  :D

Edit: lol at typos when trying to be funny.

No, that is not what I am saying. I do not believe it is right to punish them. They ought to be rehabilitated (criminal-care as we call it here in Sweden). Which might include jail time depending on how sever the crime or their problems are. But jail should be used to make them unable to harm others, not used as a means to harm them.

Tax-money isn't that high of a price for fixing these problems (it's the rich that ought to be taxed anyway).

People who come back to jail is an obvious sign that the system isn't working properly, but I do not believe harsher sentences is the right way to go. The problem is much bigger then that. It's about well-fair of people in general. Education, getting help early, parents and so on.

In short:
Rehabilitate offenders, fix underlying problem.

PS: I also want to add, that these people might not be morally responsible, even though they are doing morally wrong.

I'm sorry, I know I'm ranting, but I'm just enraged by how blind people can be when it comes to handling crime.

Ohh, it's quite all right. I know what you mean.  ;)
