Some C&C on my first post with my first character

Hello, I just made my first character (based on Guybrush Threepwood), and I wanted to know your opinion.



I know it's not much, but it's my first attempt at creating anything in Paint or any paint-like program.
Okay, I have an animation:

Please post your opinions or, if you have time, optimise it (although it needs a WHOLE LOT!)
Don't mind the face.(sorry, I was in a hurry)

That's quite good, i could see an AGI version of monkey island in the works
I recommend changing the outline colour from grey to darker colours of the filled area. There's also some double outline areas that could be fixed with little effort.

The only thing that bugs me now is his hand... it's a tad large, shave off a pixel or 2 and perfecto!

Anyway, I suggest changing the skin colour a bit, it blends a bit too much with the shirt. Other than that, I thinks it nice.

I added animation, but I don't think it's good. The movements seem too robotic, but I cannot change them.

I cant see the animation  :'( its just a big ol red cross, umm try hosting it somwhere else.

i would just copy the url from the propities tab but my net connection wont let me accdess properties.

ahh well, i liked the character newayz, in fact with a little touching up it could shape to be a really great style

C&C on your character:
I like him, but I noticed that the colar of his shirt, rides all the way up his neck..that's it  

Petteri, When you changed the eyes, he stopped looking like a skinny, slacker and started to transform into an angry guy with back problems.

I have made a frontal view of him, but I couldn't keep the "je ne sais pas" atmosphere that he emanes from side view. Suggestions? I have no idea how to shade his face, though...

Actually, I prefer the original. It's more like a Guybrush-dude.

I edited the front view, but made it look more like the original (because I prefer that one).
