Leisure suit larry 2 bombs on cliff

Hi, I get to the walk across the cliff in Leisure Suit Larry 2 and towards the end the game goes into a loop of "you nearly fell, better be more careful" which cycles forever. I have to reboot my PC to escape it... any help?

Hi,I'm the remake's author, and I'm here to tell you I couldn't fix that bug. You have to be REAL careful in that part of the cliff. Sorry.

BTW, there's a thread on "Completed ame Announcements" which covers the game more fully. Perhaps you'd like to check it out.
