What if you run a game setup and change the sound/music settings?
Also, try changing the resolution (and possibly force the game to run in a window).

Hmm, looks like some sort of problem initialising DirectSound. As Scorpiorus says, try changing the sound/music settings, and making sure you have the latest version of DirectX.
