Well, it's here. State of Origin 25: Match II. Anyone rooting for THE BLUES!!! you rule. I feel like it'll be a close match. With Buderus as Captain, i am hoping that the Blues will triumph. Still, if Queensland are good enough to make the third game obsolete... anyway, anyone watching tomorrow, good luck for your team.

Yes im am also expecting another brilliant match, i missed the first matchÃ,  :'( but i will be strong.

auhsor

Oh yeah, I forgot to say that I'd be going for the blues, but as long as it's a good match I'll be happy.

Kinoko

I had my doubts about the selection of Joey, but as the true champion he is, he goes beyond expectations. 9 games in the last 2 years through injury, 1 week back after a broken jaw, and back to his best, only he could pull that off, and get man of the match.

Great game.

before this game, after 73 games over 25 years, Qld were 1 point infront of NSW, something like 1121 to 1120, so now the Blues are ahead by 9 points. I doubt there'd be any competition over that period of time so even anywhere in the world, in any sport.

GO THE BLUES!!!

Kinoko

Johns was good, no doubt, but I really didn't think he deserved the bulk of the praise he got during/after that game. Especially when there were clearly so many other people in the Blues side doing good things, and they'd barely get a mention before someone started going on and on about bloody Johns. I actually felt sorry for the rest of the team. He was even overshadowing the captain in captaining duties!

Still, good game guys. I'm sad we didn't win but the blues played well, and at least we get an exciting decider at Suncorp now :) I'll be there!!

auhsor

It was a great game to watch. I didn't get to see the end of it, but I knew that the Blues were set to win. Looking forward to the decider.

Timosity

Well the Blues Smashed em in Origin III 32-10, and at the Maroons home ground.

I thought Matt King should have got player of the series, how much does he look like Matt Stone, he even looked more like him when he had the hair.

I think I saw Kinoko in the crowd crying, they zoomed right in on her, and Matty Johns said now there's a woosy little Queenslander.

Well that's it for another year.

Las Naranjas

I was up for Matt King for MoS as well. I couldn't see Minichello in consideration at all to tell the truth.

and there there Kinoko, there's no shame in losing to the best.

I think Kennedy sould have got a Logie for Best Actor. I've never seen such a pussy dive in all my life ^_^ As for the rest of the game, I wasn't crying but I was certainly not celebrating either. Our team just lost all confidence and kept making stupid mistakes. Mind you, there were so many dodgy penalties at the start I can understand them feeling bad.

PsychicHeart

Coming soon from the people who brought you State Of Origin.... it's
The Matrix: NRL Version, starring Ben Kennedy!

I can understand that the catastophic failure of a team to score with 6 gazillion back to back sets would tear the confidence out of a team.

I mean, if you can't score then, when the hell can you score?

[and on the referee, remember it was the QRL that blocked the appointment of Tim Mander, who is a queenslander, and who was nominated by Robert Finch as the best referee]
