Looking for a game about a boy in wheelchair...

Hi all,

I once remember reading about a homebrew adventure game about a boy in a wheelchair trying to get to the ocean. I think most of the game took place on a boardwalk. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I searched the game pages with no luck.

He's not on a wheelchair, if you mean Mourir en Mer, but the rest seems to fit the description.
