I need advice:too very well made template

Ok so i found a template where all the GUIs lot of charas and tons of backgrounds,and tons of items were already made. And should I post a game made out of this template as my own game and only saying the guys name at the end of the credits or I shouldnt make a   
game out of it??

Make a game with that stuff if you find it easier, it can be good training for you. Just remember to give proper credits.
