It says in the GNU that I have to enclude the source code to any changes of the:

Hq2x/Hq3x (graphic filters) - use the GNU Lesser General Public License, Version 2.1,
February 1999.

Were there any changes?

Thanks a million,

I'm not sure what you're asking, could you clarify?

Unless I'm mistaken, the resultant product from the use of AGS isn't bound to the GNU license unless the author specifically wishes to release it as a  GNU release.

If Chris made any changes to the graphics filters for AGS, that would make it his own responsibility to include said source code in the AGS package itself..  It's not something the end-user has to worry about unless said user is up to mischief regarding the AGS EULA.

Then again, I may be way off on this.

Since CJ didn't include any such source code in any AGS release, I think its safe to assume that he didn't change anything, either.

Well, the LGPL does have a few clauses like if you change the library to use it in your application then you have to make those changes available. But without knowing from what angle the original poster is asking the question I'm not really sure how to answer it.

Greetings to all...
I'm such a fool. :P
I'm no legal expert, but I just want to do everything the right way. It says in the Legal Information Page here at adventuregamestudio that: However, AGS uses some third-party components which have different license agreements which you will have to abide by in order to commercially release your game.
In particular:
Hq2x/Hq3x (graphic filters) - use the GNU Lesser General Public License, Version 2.1, February 1999.
I wanted to use MP3 but, I decided to go with OGG, because of the Legal side of stuff.
But I want to get this Hq2x thing sorted out. I downloaded the source of Hq2x and Hq3x to release with my game theoretically, but I don't know if Mr. Chris made any changes to it, because it says in GNU that I have to release the source to the changes.
I'm such an idiot, and I'm so confused when it comes to legal stuff..  :-[

Thanks for anybody's help...

                Love,

I haven't made any significant changes, but technically I probably have modified the file, so to be on the safe side here is the hq2x / hq3x source code file used in AGS:
