Other Worlds - Unable to find an item

Unable to find the "screw & bolt". According to posts in this forum, this item is supposed to be in the toolbox with the saw.
But i find only the saw. If i try again to search the toolbox => "There's nothing else you need from the toolbox".

I tried it and it gave me both items at once. Are you sure it's not in the inventory? It does look a bit odd.

Just another thought: did you use the bolt with the dish already? What do you see when you look at the dish?
