I like the game, but I'm struggling. Not sure if anyone else has played it as it's mostly in French but a few gameplay hints would help me out...

1. What is the overall objective? It's in French so I'm not entirely sure

2. How do I make more money? I always seem to end up with about 200 dollars/francs what not & it's virtually impossible to raise it.

3. How do I stop my staff quitting the whole time!!

4. Is there anything I SHOULD invest in early on and anything i SHOULDN'T... ?

I haven't played the game and can't help you, but it seems you're not the only one having problems  :

The simulation aspect is actually quite fun, but even on the easiest setting I just couldn't make money quickly enough, and every time the going got good for me, my horses died or everyone I employed just left.

A PM to Marion might help.

hehe, that'll be me Matti  : But it's so scraping a 3 cup award that if I could just make a bit of progress and see what happens 10 minutes in after starting up the game, I'd be able to make a better judgement. But, ah well, I can't be bothered now. This was sooo last week.
